The Odessa Black Chamber of Commerce-Charitable Fund offers one-time scholarships to graduating students attending college, university, or trade school.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a legal resident in the Permian Basin
Must attend an accredited college, university, or trade school
Must enroll full-time (minimum 12 semester hours)
Must maintain a GPA between 2.5 and 4.0
Two recommendation letters are required (One from school falculty member & the other personal reference)
